Shipping policy
1. We ship order using UPS/FEDEX/USPS Carriers only
2. Once Shipment received you need to open the package box and check for any considerable damages
3. If there are anmy damages you need to take pictures and keep all materials as it is and contact govindaarts.com either by email das@govindaarts.com or phone 4127382120
4. We will process the insurance with carrier.
5. If carrier firt sees did the shipper packed as per shipping standards and then any damages caused in the transit, if they determine the damages are caused in the shipping even with good packing techics, then they will return the product to seller.
6. Then the Govindaarts.com will process your return order and ship you new same product with no cost to customer.
7. Above mentioned steps need to be strictly followed, if the customer is not produce all packaging materials came with the product, then carrier will deny the insurance claim and govindaarts will not be able honor sending new product.
