Additional Details:

1. What is Printing on Canvas cloth ?

Canvas cloth is sturdy cotton cloth with starch like chemical coated on one side so that commercial inkjet printers can print on them, in olden days artist will use oil paints to paint on canvas cloth, each painting takes 6 months plus and the catch is only master artist can do finest work with all the details mentioned in the shipasastram and such Master work is very expensive in today's economy and hard to find the master artist, around $3k to $10k or more for each painting, now using technology we take same oil painting from Master artist and digitally develop it and reproduce it. With Printing and varnishing we get much finer outcome which blends well into your homes compared to RAW oil Painting done by the artist.

Also the Canvas with double Varnish can withstand home atmosphere very well, with all the cooking oils, dust etc, beauty of Canvas is we don't have to put glass or acrylic(plastic) sheet in front. bcz the glass/acrylic sheet gives glare when we looking at the art, we can't really take pleasure of the painting when it glares, when we take family pictures with devotional painting in the backdrop also the glass/acrylic will glare. so canvas is the Best bet for all circumstances. We use premium quality epson canvas cloth which is blend of 70% cotton and 30% polyester.

2. What is Varnish

Varnish is like a wood stain that we apply to our wood furniture and wood floors for long life and glossy look, for canvas cloth we use much softer chemical varnish, which makes the canvas water proof and last for decades with out fade and shade. We hand roll the varnish 2 times and let it dry for 24 hours.

3. What is Stretching on stretcher bar ?

After applying Varnish we stretch on a stretcher bar, stretching is skilled work, we do it manually or using machine depending on size of the canvas.

4. What is Installed the solid wood frame ?

The stretcher bar with canvas is installed in the solid wood frame of your choice. We pick wood frames which are modern, traditional and blends most wall colors in your homes. In order to bring down the cost we buy moulding and cut it and join the 4 corners, our frame corners are flawless.

5. What is Museum Quality ?
In museum art is done in oil paints by the master artists on a canvas cloth, then museum technical staff will double vanish it and stretch on the stretcher bar and install it in custom traditional ornate frame. We use same Museum technic to preserve the art for decades.

6. Made in USA

All the ingredients like premium Canvas and Printer cartridges, varnish, screws, hangers, wood for stretcher bar's and wood frames ( RAW wood is sourced from USA and processed/painted in Mexico) are made in USA. Printing, Varnish, Stretching and installing is done in USA.

7. Steps we take for less carbon foot print

c. We use Hybrid vehicles for transporting our frames, hoping in near future we will go fully electric vehicles.
